How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to process and fulfill orders, communicate with customers, improve our website, personalize experiences, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate our business (e.g., payment processors, hosting, analytics), or as required by law.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience, recognize your device, and improve site functionality. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, but this may limit certain features of the Site.

Site Analytics

We use analytics tools provided by Wix to help us understand website performance and visitor engagement. This data is collected in aggregate form and is not used to personally identify individuals. The information helps us improve content, user experience, and accessibility.

Data Security

Our website is built and hosted on the Wix eCommerce platform, which provides secure hosting and payment processing through trusted third-party providers. Wix uses industry-standard SSL encryption and other safeguards to prevent unauthorized access or misuse of customer data.

Additionally, Stitched @ West40 takes reasonable administrative steps to protect personal information, including limiting access to authorized staff, requiring confidentiality practices, using password-protected systems, regularly reviewing access, providing staff training, and not retaining sensitive payment information locally. While we take these precautions seriously, no system is completely secure. By using our website, you acknowledge and accept this inherent risk.

Data Breach Notification

Although our website is hosted securely through Wix, no system is completely immune to unauthorized access. In the unlikely event of a data breach involving your personal information, Stitched @ West40 will notify affected customers as soon as reasonably possible after discovery, consistent with applicable Illinois and federal laws. We will provide details about the nature of the incident, what information may have been affected, steps we are taking to secure systems, recommended actions you can take, and how to reach us for assistance.

Third-Party Links and Services

Our website is built and hosted on the Wix eCommerce platform, which may include links or integrations with third-party services (such as payment processors, analytics tools, or marketing platforms). These services are governed by their own privacy and security policies.
